Job Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project management efforts, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges
- Develop strategic plans and creative briefs to meet client goals and objectives
- Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery
- Collaborate with creative, production, and media teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and insights for client recommendations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and profitability of client accounts
- Prepare and present client-facing reports and presentations
- Manage and mentor account executives to develop their skills and ensure high-quality work output
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, manage and mentor a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the advertising industry and trends in the Pakistani market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
